Deepak Impact

"Everyone who is going to die, should buy this book," Deepak Chopra said of his Life After Death : The Burden of Proof on The Colbert Report last night. I'm going to take him up on the advice. I've heard of Chopra before and had a vague notion of his philosophy, but seeing him discuss it with Colbert's character piqued my interest.

The interview segment was short and peppered with jokes, but Chopra maintained a sensible, intriguing and likable presence. One thing he said that I took to bed with me, and heard in my mind all day was "The wisdom of age, and the biology of youth." I love the ideas behind that sentence, and can't wait to read more like it.
